I miss him
Miss seeing his smile
And even though his embrace has been erased
Love for him remains all the while
I don't see him at all anymore
Unless I look at old photos from time to time
I'd never imagined that we'd not be together forever
And it hurts that he's no longer mine
He had to go away
And do what he could not accomplish here
But I know that I will see him again, and he's okay
So there's no need for me to shed tears
